HOUSE RULES

Thank you so much for thinking about Claremont Craft Ales for your gathering. Please keep in mind that we are not a dedicated event space, but rather a Tasting Room open to all, and when available, we allow groups to carve out space for special events. Reservations are for specific areas of the Tasting Room. Please do not take over tables/areas that are not part of your reservation space, even if they are empty. These tables are for our walk-in customers.

The following are our guidelines for reservations:

  • Absolutely NO outside alcohol allowed. You can only consume the beer we make on the premises (or wine purchased from us as part of a segregated private party). You cannot bring in other beer, wine, or spirits of any kind. Feel free to bring in non-alcoholic beverages. We also have some for sale. We do not provide ice.

  • All reservations are held for 30 minutes from the reservation time. After that, the reservation will be forfeited. If you need time for decorating, please factor that into the reservation start time. Reservation blocks are for a maximum of 3 hours.

  • Drink tickets are available for your guests – these can be pre-paid or part of an open-tab. Please speak to a Tasting Room staff member for information specific to your reservation.

  • No cooking/chafing dishes/food heating allowed on the premises. You can bring in any prepared food (pizza is great!). We do not provide any serving ware. No open flame/candles/catering sterno flame cans allowed. Birthday candles are OK.

  • Please do not serve popcorn or peanuts in the shell, or cleaning fees will be assessed.

  • If you have cake/dessert that you would like to store in our walk-in refrigerator before serving, we're happy to help.

  • Please do not decorate with confetti or glitter, or cleaning fees will be assessed.

  • If you have balloons, please make sure they’re securely tied down.

  • No taping/pinning decorations to walls or furniture unless approved directly by staff.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for live music performances. Additionally, the only music that may be played in our tasting room and patio is the music we provide in-house.

  • Children are allowed and must be supervised at all times. Absolutely no running or climbing on the furniture and equipment. Please remember that this is a manufacturing facility and shoes must be worn at all times.

  • Nice doggies on a leash are welcome. Not nice doggies and their owners will be asked to leave.

  • Dog treats and water bowls are available at no charge.

  • No smoking or vaping on the premises at any time anywhere, inside or out.

  • All attendees - old, young, and 4-legged - must adhere to all posted brewery rules and any direction from brewery staff. If anyone from the party does not follow staff direction or the above rules, the entire group may be expelled from the brewery.
